Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with an insurance company in Toronto, ON. We are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a contract basis for 2 months.
Your new role
- Greet clients who visit the office to see brokers. Offer a welcoming seat.
- Receive and process incoming mail, including packages from ICS, Purolator, and Canada Post.
- Scan and upload documents into the software system.
- Direct phone calls.
- Print cheques and send them to clients or suppliers.
- Order catering for company events.
- Manage credit card transactions and expense reports.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Excellent communicator.
- Outgoing and comfortable interacting with people.
- Capable of managing stress and handling back-to-back calls.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new tasks.
