The occupant of the position will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative automation solutions to optimize the production processes of our clients, primarily in various sectors.
As a project manager, you will oversee the complete management of projects of varying scope, from design to commissioning, including programming and supervising installations.
You will work closely with our clients and a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians. Tasks and Responsibilities : Project Management :
- Manage automation projects in terms of cost, quality, and timelines.
- Develop and adhere to schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify and manage risks and issues.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ensure follow-up on billing and project closure. Technical Expertise :
- Design and implement custom automation solutions, including programming of controllers (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.
configuring vision systems, collaborative robotics, and integrating control systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop optimal technical solutions.
- Select and order equipment and components.
- Supervise the installation, commissioning, and testing of systems.
- Provide technical support to clients and document projects. Client Relations :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage change requests Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in automated production engineering, industrial automation and instrumentation, industrial electronics, or a related discipline.
- A technical background combined with relevant experience may also be considered.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in executing technical automation projects.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Developed customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and delegate workloads.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of industrial robotics.
- Familiarity with programmable controllers (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.).
- Knowledge of electrical design software.
