We are looking for someone versatile and attentive, driven by the desire to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Commis, you will help prepare the breakfast service, maintain the orderliness of work areas, and offer your support wherever your presence makes a meaningful difference. With your strong sense of service and attention to detail, you will contribute to making every stay more pleasant and memorable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Organize cooking tasks and prepare breakfast items according to the forecast sheet reflecting hotel occupancy
• Clear the buffet, clean, set up tables, and handle dishwashing as well as the setup for the following day’s breakfast service
• Provide valet and luggage assistance for our guests as needed
• Deliver room service orders
• Participate in developing the food offering for the hotel bar
• Perform various cleaning and restocking tasks in work areas
• Complete a full cleaning of the prep kitchen at the end of each service
• Receive deliveries and perform inventory when required
• Offer support to different hotel departments

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Good physical condition
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
