Job description

We are currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a high-level temporary mandate to support the Office of the President. This pivotal role, based in Quebec City, will allow you to leverage your administrative expertise and contract review skills in a dynamic environment. If you possess an outstanding sense of organization, this Executive Administrative Assistant position is the ideal opportunity to propel your career within a company that shines internationally!

Advantages

Responsibilities
➤ Prepare, draft, and ensure the impeccable layout of contractual and administrative documents
➤ Review and correct employment contracts and various legal documents
➤ Support the current Executive Secretary in managing a heavy workload
➤ Ensure high-level bilingual communication, both orally and in writing
➤ Manage priorities and meet tight deadlines in a multi-tasking environment ➤ Maintain absolute confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Qualifications
➤ Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in legal techniques, office automation, or equivalent
➤ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Assistant to the President
➤ Advanced proficiency in French and English, specifically for drafting, translating, and communicating with international stakeholders
➤ Advanced expertise with the Microsoft Office suite and interest in learning new tools like SharePoint
➤ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an open-space environment in Quebec City
➤ Rigorous profile with great attention to detail and sound professional judgment

Note on Language Requirements:
A very high level of English proficiency is required for this Executive Administrative Assistant position. This requirement is justified by the nature of the company's national and international activities, which necessitate frequent drafting, translation of legal procedures, and daily communication with partners outside of Quebec.
