:En tant que conseiller(ère) en apprentissage organisationnel, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique auprès de vos partenaires d’affaires en les accompagnant dans le développement des compétences clés nécessaires à la performance de leurs équipes. Bien au-delà de la conception de formations, votre contribution sera ancrée dans la compréhension de leur réalité terrain, de leurs enjeux opérationnels et de leurs priorités d’affaires.
Reconnu(e) comme un(e) partenaire de confiance, vous saurez influencer, poser les bonnes questions et recommander des solutions d’apprentissage pertinentes et alignées sur les objectifs organisationnels.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :
Exercer un rôle conseil stratégique auprès des partenaires en comprenant leurs enjeux d’affaires, leurs réalités opérationnelles et les compétences critiques à développer
Analyser et prioriser les besoins d’apprentissage en tenant compte des impacts humains, organisationnels et financiers
Recommander des stratégies et des parcours d’apprentissage adaptés aux différentes clientèles, aux contextes de performance et aux objectifs des secteurs
Accompagner les partenaires dans la planification, la gouvernance et le suivi des initiatives d’apprentissage
Challenger les demandes de formation afin d’assurer la pertinence des solutions proposées et leur valeur ajoutée pour l’organisation
Évaluer le transfert des apprentissages et mesurer l’impact des initiatives sur la performance et les comportements attendus
Contribuer à des projets stratégiques liés au développement des compétences et à l’évolution des pratiques d’apprentissage organisationnel
Collaborer activement avec les membres de l’équipe en partageant votre expertise, en contribuant à l’amélioration continue et en soutenant les projets transversaux
Concevoir et développer des solutions d’apprentissage en salle ou en ligne lorsque requis, en cohérence avec les orientations établies
Vos qualifications et vos talents :
Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle dans une discipline appropriée telle que l’enseignement, la technopédagogie ou toutes autres disciplines connexes
Cumuler un minimum de sept (7) ans d’expérience dans un rôle-conseil en apprentissage, en développement des compétences ou en transformation des pratiques
Expérience démontrée en accompagnement de partenaires d’affaires dans des environnements complexes ou en transformation
Maîtrise d’outils de conception de formation numérique, incluant la suite Articulate 360
Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de stratégies d’apprentissage variées, telles que le microapprentissage, l’apprentissage expérientiel, social ou en continu
Maîtrise avancée du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
