Job Description

We are looking for an SAP Business Partner who is eager to contribute to the daily business operations efficiency. The BP will be ensuring that the OTD business processes are well integrated and supported by the ERP system in place while finding new opportunities of improvement. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO : Be the voice of the Business users to deliver / carry improvement idea by driving interactions between end users and Center of Expertise (CoE) and act as a pivot and influence outcomes. Manage all the business requirements and provide proper communications to management and end users. Develop expertise to be able to challenge business requirements and advertise standard system solutions. Develop and entertain SAP BP community. Participate in new employees onboarding. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES : Ability to plan, set priorities and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment. Leadership skills and ability to influence, inspire and rally others towards a common goal. Business acumen, mixed with technology savvy as it is part of the day to day. Curiosity and desire to understand; connect the dots and understand systems particularities. Fluency in spoken and written French and English (many of our partners are not located in Quebec and our internal customers are worldwide). Do you have other qualifications?
