Our client is actively seeking a Bilingual Specialist in Patient Engagement for a contract position in Montreal, starting on August 27, 2024, and ending on December 31, 2024.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and French) and passionate about patient engagement and advocacy.
In this critical role, you'll support the creation and execution of strategies to engage patients through various forums, ensuring that patient advocacy initiatives align with Novartis’ Code of Ethics and the voice of the patient is central to the process.

Responsibilities
Collaborate across business units and functions to incorporate patient insights into corporate strategies and decisions.
Drive patient advocacy and engagement activities, enhancing Novartis' patient-centric reputation.
Develop engagement strategies ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Stay updated with industry and healthcare legislation, providing regular updates to the disease community and organization.
Qualifications
University degree in science, health sciences, or administration.
Bilingual in English and French.
2-3 years of experience as a coordinator in the pharmaceutical industry.
High-level communication and negotiation skills.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
Understanding of the Canadian public health system, health technology assessment, and reimbursement processes.
Self-motivated and patient-oriented.
