Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and personalized service
Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty
Manage incoming inquiries and outbound follow-ups in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner
Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring seamless after-sales service
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to guarantee client success
Accurately maintain client records, update CRM tools, and monitor KPIs and service levels
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and business goals
Proactively problem-solve and handle client escalations with a positive, solution-oriented approach

Qualifications
Bilingualism (French & English) — both spoken and written is mandatory
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or client-facing roles
Experience in a high-volume environment (retail, call center, or inside sales) is an asset
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
A client-first attitude with problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
