- Conductcomprehensive consultations to assess client eligibility forvarious Canadian immigration programs (e.g. Express EntryProvincial Nominee Programs FamilySponsorship)
- Developpersonalized immigration roadmaps and timelines forclients
- Assistclients with gathering and preparing all requireddocumentation
- Ensureall applications are completed accurately and meet ImmigrationRefugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)requirements
- Communicateeffectively with clients throughout the application process keepingthem informed of progress andupdates
- Liaisewith IRCC on behalf of clients ifnecessary
- Stayuptodate on the latest changes to Canadian immigration laws andpolicies
- Maintaina strong understanding of ethical and professional standards as setout by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants(CICC)
Requirements
- LicensedImmigration Consultant (member in good standing of theCICC)
- Minimum23 years of experience working in Canadianimmigration
- Indepthknowledge of Canadian immigration programs policies andprocedures
- Excellentcommunication interpersonal and organizationalskills
- Strongability to manage multiple tasks and meetdeadlines
- Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite and legal researchtools
- Fluencyin English (both written and verbal) is required. French is anasset.
