Recent and ongoing projects include :
- Recreation Centre Rehabilitation
- City Hall Rehabilitation
- Construction of a new City Hall and Library
- BC Housing, various projects
- Various School Districts across the Lower Mainland, providing envelope rehab / repair
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience as a Technologist or EIT in Building Science
- Proficiency in CADD and experience with depreciation reports
- General knowledge of building science concepts
- Adaptability to work on diverse projects and tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
