Randstad is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work for a well-known Insurance company in the North York area.

This is a temporary, remote opportunity. To find out more, read below :

Type : 6-month contract with the potential to become permanent

Pay : $24.10 / hour

Hours of Operation : Mon - Friday between the hours of 10am - 8pm

Location : Remote (Head office is in North York)

Equipment provided and to be picked up at Head office

Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound calls from customers and emails in a timely and professional manner in both English and French
  • Ensure all information is put into the system accurately
  • Investigate any issues regarding customers insurance claims
  • Review customer accounts to ensure you are providing the best service possible
  • Deal with all calls on a First Contact Resolution basis
  • Perform other duties as necessary

Qualifications

  • Must be able to read and write fluently in French
  • 1-2 years of call center experience is mandatory
  • Strong typing skills
  • Must be comfortable with MS office and technology
  • Team player, motivated, outgoing personality
