• Calling and receiving calls from clients
• Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
• Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
• Completing applications for insurance products

Assessing clients’ needs and imparting knowledge on solutions. Cultivating lasting client relationships through consistent, periodic check-ins.

Completing related administrative tasks (like note taking, appointment setting, etc.) as needed. Responsibilities : Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.

Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product / service based on their unique needs.

Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
