Job Description
Our ideal candidate lives in the Greater Toronto Area and has the ability to be on-site at our Toronto office at least twice per week.
As the Senior HR Business Partner for our Client Delivery Canada Region, you will have the opportunity to be creative, thoughtful, and manage projects that influence company growth and employee experience from end to end.

In this critical partner within the region, you will support local leaders to determine priorities, challenges, and people needs to design and implement best-in-class people solutions to meet and exceed regional goals and objectives.
Areas of expertise :
Strategic HR Leadership : Partner with senior leadership to implement and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture and driving organizational effectiveness and business growth
Employee Relations : Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Talent Management : Lead the talent development, and succession planning initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Implement effective performance management processes inclusive of coaching, organizational design, promotions and career development
Organizational Development : Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs, develop and implement change management initiatives, and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Policy and Compliance : Remain current with employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies, practices, and programs are compliant.
Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate actions to address issues. Train, educate and provide guidance to managers to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Employee Engagement : Foster a positive employee experience through the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
Learning and Development : Identify training needs for business units, and partner with training experts across the organization to design and implement new training programs to meet business needs.
Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
HR Analytics : Utilize Workday HRIS data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and drive data-informed decision-making related to employee engagement, performance, and retention.
Team Leadership : Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to HR team members, ensuring a high level of performance and professional growth.
Exciting candidates have :
5-8 years of extensive experience in a strategic HR business partnership role.
An elevated bias for action; seeks the opportunities that conflict offers.
Proven ability to build trust and relationships across all levels of the business and leverage them to have crucial, accountable, and constructive conversations.
Strong business acumen, and the ability to quickly understand business strategies and translate them into people strategies.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Experience with developing organizational structures, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administration related to those factors.
Comfort navigating in the grey and applying a figure-it-out attitude to solve complex problems.
Target Compensation :
$125,000 - $145,000 CAD / annually + annual bonus
Compensation Range
$76,500.00 - $127,500.00
