Security Specialist - Senior

• Support ofthe OPS Secure environments for development User Acceptance testingand Productionincluding :
• Monitoringthe health performance and status of service components (e.g.technologystack);
• Startingand stopping servicecomponents;
• Backingup or recovering service components (e.g. associated data orconfigurations);
• Tuningservicecomponents;
• Maintainingservice components (e.g. applying patches renewing certificates orlicenses);
• Triaginganalysing and resolving incidents related to GOSecure;
• Identifyinganalysing and resolving problems related to GOSecure;
• Assessingthe impacts of changes on GO Secure including changes raised byclients and service providers (e.g. ITS CompuComTelus);
• Documentingmaintenance and support requirements andprocedures.
• Provideoncall support for the OPS Secure production and productionverification environments 24x7 and oncall support for the OPSSecure nonproduction environments (e.

g. development SIT UAT) on a5x18 plus 2x12basis.

• Participatein incident management as an incident coordinator incident analystor tier2 / tier3SME.
• Participatein change management as a change coordinator change analyst orapplicationSME.
• Supportclients across the OPS and BPS to integrate their applications withGO Secure for identity and access managementby :
• Analyzingclients technical requirements designingapproaches / solutions;
• Describingpatterns related to integrationapproaches / solutions;
• Developingprocesses and plans that support the application ofpatterns;
• Constructingtesting and deployingsolutions;
• Analyzingand resolving problems encountered duringintegration;
• Developingutilities scripts applets and reports to facilitate and automatethe integration experience;and
• Documentingapproaches / solutions.
• Improvethe support posture of the GO Secure teamby :
• Developingrequirements for supporttools;
• Evaluatingand recommendingtools;
• Installingand configuringtools;
• Developingtesting and deploying programmatic constructs (e.g. scripts queriesviews reports procedures or other);and
• Documentingmaintenance and support requirements andprocedures.
• Fostera team culture of excellence and innovationincluding :
• Developingor informing the development of role descriptions for thesustainment of GO Secure especially related to the technicalsupportfunction;
• Developingplans for the knowledge and skills transfer to OPS employeesincluding activities or tests to demonstrate the successfultransfer of knowledge and attainment of required skills.
• OPSemployees includes IT Source People PlacementService;
• Developingplans for the transition of sustainment functions to OPS employees;and
• Transferringknowledge to OPSemployees.

Requirements

MUST

• 10years experience sustaining (e.g. administration operations supportpatching monitoring starting / stopping) COTS based identity andaccess managementsystems.
• Atleast 4 years experience must be related to Oracle Identity andAccess Management SuitePlus.
• Atleast 4 years experience must be related to implementations withover 10000 registeredusers.
• 10years experience designing developing deploying and sustaininglarge application implementations based on the following technologyproducts : Oracle Technologies
