Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit professional with experience in business writing and project management?
We're looking for you to join our team as a Pursuit and Proposals Manager in Calgary, AB.
As the Manager, you will leverage your strong business writing, project management, and strategic mindset to guide the pursuit process.
You will collaborate with local leaders and the Calgary team to support client service teams in crafting strategic proposals.
Key responsibilities include supporting pursuit strategies, managing the end-to-end proposal process, coordinating with Accounts and Marketing for high-quality submissions, conducting win / loss debriefs to improve future responses, and updating CRM systems for effective relationship management.
You may also assist with account and marketing tasks, such as creating content for internal and external audiences. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career, build relationships, and gain valuable experience in pursuits and proposals.
