We are currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Administrator to join our Corporate Human Resources team based out of our Calgary downtown office. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing essential administrative support across various HR functions.
This position is ideal for a recent HR graduate who is eager to be exposed to all functions of Human Resources. We are seeking a candidate who is eager to learn has great communication skills and is able to adapt to changing priorities.

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Administrative support and coordination related to all functions of HR as well as a variety of HR programs and initiatives.
- Maintain and electronically file employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems including applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events including annual Leadership Summit.
- In collaboration with HR team respond to general employee inquiries via ticketing system.
- Assist with generation of recurring and / or ad hoc reports as required.
- Manage the service awards program.
- Assist in the planning coordination and attendance of various career fairs within Canada.
- Support Recruitment as / when required (job posting resume review interview scheduling reference checks etc.).
- General benefits administration.
- Other related duties as required.
