The position is hybrid in Calgary, AB.
Your new role
Interact with thesenior Canadian benefits advisor as well as internal and external stakeholdersTo develop and maintain efficient business processes.
Provide support forCanadian benefit queries from employees and third parties. Identifyopportunities to streamline current processes and document accordingly.
Assist withreconciliation between systems and vendors. Partner with thesenior benefits advisor on benefits project work.
Provide support inthe review, updating and funding benefits for payroll

Solid organizational,attention to detail, and time management skills to ensure that work relatedactivities arepleted in an accurate and timely manner.
Solution orientedwith problem solving capabilities. Eager to learn andable to work in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment while being flexiblewith changing priorities.
