The Strategic Engagement Team has a diverse portfolio : managing bar partnerships, live events, monthly meetups, Clios CLE and marketing webinars, channel marketing, and the execution of the Clio Cloud Conference.

What you'll work on :

Develop and evolve a long-term (18-month, rolling) virtual events strategy with clear milestones and intended outcomes, driving results that further the marketing teams OKRs (AQLs, MQLs, satisfaction ratings, cross-sell / upsell opportunities, registration, attendance, etc.

Make recommendations that drive a higher impact on your area of the business.

Own logistics and marketing for all Clio-hosted virtual events, including CLE webinars, virtual meetups, customer webinars, product webinars, and other related activities as needed.

Create and maintain processes that train and enable other teams to execute webinars as we scale.

Get the right content, context, and details to internal and external stakeholders involved in program execution and track relevant logistical details.

Own the budget planning, tracking, and reconciliation for the virtual event program.

Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and speakers that can elevate and expand the program's footprint.

Work within your team to communicate the status and results of multiple projects.

Lead the webinar squads cross-functional efforts to increase program impact and effectiveness, including becoming a distribution channel for existing content and narratives and driving core sentiments in the market.

Have a pulse on whats happening in the legal industry as it relates to topical angles we can take in this arm of Clios thought leadership.

Understand the competitive landscape and seek out impact opportunities to differentiate Clios virtual events program in a way that aligns with our brand, themes, and desired sentiments.

Conceptualize, execute, and iterate on experiments that seek to increase registration, attendance, hand raises, and attendee satisfaction.

Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with the capacity to execute against the current month and quarters goals while also looking ahead and executing against future events.

What you may have :

5+ years in virtual events and / or marketing program management

A proven track record of knocking goals out of the park by leading cross-functional efforts

The ability to quickly pivot and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances

An entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving skills

A master at working cross-functionally and bringing others along

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Serious bonus points if you have :

Experience with the legal industry

Ability to navigate Asana, Excel, and Salesforce with ease

The full salary range* for this role is $98,600 to $116,000 to $133,400 CAD..

We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio.

The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
