- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a FinTech or tech environment, with proven expertise in managing complex data and compute products.
- Deep familiarity with Databricks and its applications in large-scale data engineering and AI / ML.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data analytics, high-performance compute environments, and scalable data solutions.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles and working closely with engineering teams on highly technical products.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in Capital Markets or Financial Services is a plus, with knowledge of risk calculations or similar functions.

- Technical expertise in data engineering, AI / ML modeling, and cloud environments.
- Experience with grid computing, data cataloguing, and / or data ingestion platforms.
