Job Description
We are looking for a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Coordinator to join our Diversity & Inclusion team to help us continue our mandate to create a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment for all our employees.
Reporting to the D & I Manager, this role will provide logistical and administrative support for our D & I strategies, programs, and initiatives.
The coordinator’s key responsibilities will include day-to-day administration such as invoicing, reporting, meeting coordination, and program execution.
Position Responsibilities / What Will You be doing :
- Administrative support with execution of strategic events, including workshops, partnership, training, and thought-leadership events
- Managing invoices, budget, and processing vendor payment
- Tracking and reporting for team budget
- Tracking and reporting on KPIs for all events and programming, assist with compilation and of metrics
- Coordinate internal communications and stakeholder engagement such as emails, reports, presentations, and other materials.

- You have experience and are interested in providing administrative and operational support
- You are interested in learning how diversity and inclusion can be applied in a corporate setting and beyond
- Being hyper organized and detail oriented is you in a nutshell, you thrive on having multiple moving targets
- Proficient working in G-Suite as well as MS Office- particularly Excel / Google Sheets
- You have a customer service mentality and understand all you do has larger impact and helps makes our team better
- You want to learn, and take responsibility for your role but will ask questions if you are unsure about something
- You enjoy working on a wide variety of projects and are interested in learning about the advertising / media industry
- You have a have history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
Qualifications
- Equivalent of 1+ years of experience in an Office Administration or Coordinator role
- Have excellent organizational and project coordination skills
- Some prior knowledge of principles, methods, and tools of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements
- Demonstrated cross-cultural competencies, including emotional intelligence and ability to engage and build relationships
- Good relationship management skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Curiosity, ability to learn quickly and be proactive
- Must be good at time management and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Basic Project Management skills
- Must be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and handle changing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to exercise good judgment and analytical skills in determining which matters require immediate attention and escalation procedures
