In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and contribute to the scaling of our business.

ABOUT THE ROLE :
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of DRMERS CLUB and ensuring the efficient management of inventory, order fulfillment, and cross-departmental collaboration.
This person will act as the backbone of our operational structure, focusing on optimizing internal processes and ensuring that key business functions are aligned with our strategic growth goals.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for the streetwear industry.
You will play a pivotal role in managing the supply chain, streamlining workflows, and helping the team meet both short-term and long-term objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Operations Management :
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows across departments.
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and support business growth.
- Ensure all operations align with DRMERS CLUB’s overall strategy and goals.
Inventory Planning & Management :
- Manage inventory levels, including demand forecasting, reordering, and stock optimization.
- Work closely with the fulfillment team and vendors to ensure timely restocking and avoid stockouts.
- Provide reports and insights on inventory levels, stock performance, and sales trends to ensure optimal planning.
Process Improvement :
- Identify areas for operational improvements and recommend solutions that drive efficiency.
- Implement new systems or software to enhance the productivity of key business processes.
Cross-Department Collaboration :
- Liaise with product development, marketing, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure new launches and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Leadership & Team Development :
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, ensuring alignment with company goals.
REQUIREMENTS :
- 3+ years of experience in an operations role, preferably within the eCommerce or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and demand forecasting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for process optimization.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, along with inventory management tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Passion for the fashion and streetwear industry is a bonus.

SALARY :
- $85,000 - $100,000CAD
- The salary range above reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
