- Lead, coordinate, and oversee operations across all restaurant locations and teams, including catering services.
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources effectively to implement company policies and achieve operational goals.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Establish strategic objectives and develop policies to enhance business performance.
- Represent the restaurant in negotiations and maintain positive business relationships.
- Recruit and manage middle managers and executive staff, fostering a productive work environment.
- Innovate and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
Requirements :
- Several years of prior experience in food service operations, including a minimum of 3 years as a middle manager.
- High school diploma required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
