Field Service Copier Technician Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician Manager to join our team and lead the way in delivering top-notch technical support! The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of field service technicians, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality service to our clients in the Charlotte / Greensboro area.

Qualifications / Requirements :
Must have minimum 3 years of technical experience with copiers and other office equipment; Xerox and Kyocera experience is a plus
Manage and lead a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, training and support
Basic computer skills : scan to email, scan to folder, Install Drivers, knowledge of Fiery or Papercut are helpful, but not required
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to diagnose, problem solve, and maintain client integrity and relationships
Willingness to travel
Works efficiently to manage, and resolve service calls
Meticulous documentation and record-keeping abilities
Valid Driver’s License
