Project Control Officer (PCO)Client : Top 5 BankLocation : Hybrid Downtown Toronto, OntarioHybrid : 1-2 days a week (Every Thursday & 4th Friday of the month)Terms : 6 month contract, Strong possibility of extensionHours : 37.5 hours / week Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pmSummary : This PCO position requires strong communication and customer service skills, excellent computer skills (particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment. The role serves as a resource for basic company policies and procedures. Communicates with senior managers and line management to gather / convey relevant information. Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions.Required Skills : 3+ years related experience as a PCO or Project ManagementHands on experience using MS Project Plan (main project tool)Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookFinancial Service / Banking Background
