We specialize in hosiery, head wear, lounge wear, fashion accessories, and health & beauty- combining fashion-forward designs and an uncompromising commitment to quality production to help our retail partners build internationally-recognized brands that deliver strong bottom-line results.
We are expanding our in-house creative team with a talented QC Coordinator .
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensures that product sizes meet sizing specifications.
- Ensures that materials and finishes are up to customer’s expectations and requirements.
- Ensures that production and fit approvals are on time for shipping dates to in-store and international partners.
- Sets quality standards for the factory following buyer’s requirements and guidance for each department and process.
- Monitors the quality of the product through the various stages of production.
- Communicates and problem-solves with regard to quality control.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
- Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Office Suite.
- University Degree / College Diploma in Fashion, with emphasis on technical design
- 3-5 years’ experience within a technical design role, and quality control for headwear and knitted accessories
- Proficient in color matching using Pantone system.
- Track record of ensuring excellent quality control for various product categories.
- Demonstrated expertise with taking measurements.
- Proficient in creating and updating tech packs for new or existing styles.
- In-depth knowledge of textile products in Knitting, Apparel and Accessories
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with offshore vendors, as well as internally, with our Design, Sales & Production teams.
- Must be detailed oriented, systematic and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.

Salary : From $40,000 - $47,000 per year (based on experience)
