Lead strategies that manage the volume, quality, and frequency of marketing touchpoints across channels, including email, direct mail, mobile apps, and digital sources, to optimize brand awareness and sales conversions.
Identify high-potential market segments to drive brand growth and revenue through new initiatives.
Enhance the customer onboarding experience to boost loyalty and retention.
Develop communication strategies that leverage Abell's extensive knowledge base to better serve our customers.
Qualifications :
Degree or diploma in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
3+ years of experience managing direct marketing campaigns, including data management, direct mail, email, and digital advertising.
Proven experience with marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Emfluence, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to diplomatically influence decision-makers using research and data-driven insights.
A team player with a relentless focus on driving results.
Fluent in English; French communication skills are an asset.
