Collaborate with physicians and provide primary care servicesto patients of all ages making a meaningful impact on theirlives.

LocalAssignments : Work in proximity to your homelocation.

TravelAssignments : Experience remote or rural locationswhile delivering qualitycare.

Responsibilities :

Perform thorough patientassessments and develop comprehensive careplans.

Educate patients on preventive healthcareand provide counseling as needed.

Prescribemedications and monitor patient progressclosely.

Maintain precise client recordsensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Adhere to CNO standards and facility policies andprocedures.

Provide direct patient care invarious settings includinghospitals.

Requirements :

Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in theExtended Class (EC) as an NP (adult) or NP (primary healthcare).

Masters degree in nursing (MNNP) orMasters of Science in Nursing.

Demonstratedexperience as a Nurse Practitioner.

Strongclinical skills and effective communicationabilities.

Ability to work both independentlyand collaboratively within a team.

Compassionateapproach to patient care and excellent interpersonalskills.

Proactive problemsolving skills andadaptability in healthcare environments.

Availability for flexible shifts including days evenings nights andweekends.

Proof of current immunization formeasles mumps rubella and varicella (MMRV).

Negative TB skin test within the past year or negative chest xraywithin the past five years.

Current N95 Mask FitTest Certification.
