Business Systems Analyst - Data Management
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data mapping, access knowledge, and a proven track record in managing the full data lifecycle.
Responsibilities :
- Data Mapping : Develop and maintain data mapping documentation, ensuring data consistency and integrity across systems.
- Data Access : Manage data access controls and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
- Data Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire data lifecycle, from data ingestion and transformation to storage and analysis.
- Data Analytics : Utilize tools like Databricks and Alteryx to analyze data and extract valuable insights.
- SQL Documentation : Create clear and comprehensive SQL documentation to support data analysis and reporting.
- Document Mapping : Develop and maintain documentation that maps data elements to business processes and systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure that data solutions align with business objectives.
- UAT Regression Testing : Participate in UAT regression testing to validate data quality and system functionality.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on data management.
- Strong proficiency in data mapping and access control.
- In-depth knowledge of data lifecycle management processes.
- Expertise in using data analytics tools like Databricks and Alteryx.
- Excellent SQL documentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with UAT regression testing.
