  • Qualifications

  • Deep experience developing and leading large global transformational talent management and organizational effectiveness programs / processes and change initiatives, preferably in the financial or professional services industry
  • Undergraduate or post-graduate degree or college diploma in related field (, Human Resources Management, Business Management) is preferred; professional designation (, CHRE, CCMP) is advantageous
  • Demonstrated business acumen, project management, change management and design thinking in complex, global organizations
  • Proven track record of internal and external relationship-building, influencing and cross-functional partnership skills to drive stakeholder buy-in and sponsorship for talent program / process strategies
  • Highly analytical – a demonstrated practice of sourcing, reading and interpreting data to draw conclusions, make recommendations and ensure data-driven decisioning
  • Proven ability to make the complex simple and to organize and present complex information / concepts in a persuasive manner
  • Current knowledge of the market, vendor landscape, emerging and leading global trends, research, and practices
