Job Description :
As a skilled renovator specializing in piece work, you will be responsible for performing a variety of renovation tasks with precision and expertise.
Your primary duties will include but are not limited to :
- Installing sinks, faucets, and plumbing fixtures for kitchens and bathrooms.
- Mounting and installing door handles, locks, and other hardware.
- Installing range hoods and venting systems.
- Repairing and replacing damaged or outdated fixtures and fittings.
- Ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Communicating effectively with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Completing tasks within specified timeframes and budgets.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a renovator or similar role, with a focus on kitchen and bathroom installations.
- Proficiency in plumbing, carpentry, and general construction techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Own tools and transportation.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
