- Coordinate project activities and assist in the development, updating and execution of the project plan to deliver project activities on schedule, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, and effectively managing stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas and slides, and document meeting minutes, including action items and decisions.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager as needed.
- Support the implementation of communication plans across the organization as needed.
- Supporting training coordination, including booking meetings, booking training venues, arranging logistics, distributing training materials, and tracking attendance.
- Support and maintain the organizational culture of continuous improvement and coordinate efforts throughout the organization to achieve performance excellence in the delivery of support and services, and in education of service providers.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to continuously improve project management practices at LOFT while ensuring consistent application across team members.
- Conduct follow-ups with project contributors to provide support, and maintain shared information tools

- Post secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
- 3+ years demonstrated project coordination / facilitation experience, including experience with change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication
- Demonstrated ability to foster positive relations and work with a broad range of people and service providers.
- Experience implementing technology applications.
- Strong meeting facilitation skills, including agenda setting, time management, and follow-up on action items.
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and stay accountable for ongoing responsibilities as assigned.
- Strong understanding of the health system and sectors is an asset.
- Sensitive to working with people of diverse cultural, age and economic backgrounds and marginalized individuals with an understanding of cultural competency and framework.
- Ability to foster positive relations and work with a broad range of people and service providers.
- Valid drivers' license and access to a vehicle for work
