Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Translator for a 6 months contract in Toronto. This is a FULLY remote role.
Hours per week : 37.5 Hours / week

Responsibilities
- Listen to, understand, and translate spoken or written statements from one language to another.
- Facilitate effective communication by converting one spoken / written language to another.
- Relay concepts and ideas between languages.
- Edit and proofread text to accurately reflect language.
- Adapt a product or service for use in a different language and culture.
Qualifications
Must Have Requirement :
- 3+ years Translation experience
- Experience with translation memory software
- French / English bilingual *Expert level French skills
- BA in translation
Soft Skills :
- Strong affinity to technology
- Team player
- Organized
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Respectful
Notes :
- Working in HTML. There may be some coding involved
- There are daily group huddles with the team
- Open to candidates from anywhere in Canada as long as they are able to work around the core Toronto business hours
