What is the opportunity?
Wealth Manangement - Transfers team is looking for a Manager of Operations to lead a team of associates supporting high volume of requests and in a SLA driven environment. The Manager of Operations will report to the Senior Manager and will assist in administering all aspects of the day-to-day operations, processing and team management.
What will you do?
- Manage operations and human resources needs of the team
- Manage all team operations and daily work distribution
- Manage daily SLA and escalations
- Training and development for support staff – providing guidance to the team on complex tasks and or escalations, provide proactive feedback and coaching
- Provide leadership to the team in setting and attaining quality, measurable goals and objectives in an area where delays and errors may result in financial losses, promoting teamwork
- Promote team effectiveness and promote team reward and recognition
- Review, update and ensure consistent execution of key team processes
