The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in IT analysis and a passion for optimizing platform solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective deployment and maintenance of IT services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst or in a related role.
- Minimum of 10 years experience working in an office environment.
- Proven track record in platform analysis and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent documentation skills, showcasing attention to detail.
- Existing Secret Security Clearance is mandatory.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Conducting detailed requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement platform solutions.
- Assisting in the development of training materials and user guides for new platform users.
- Providing support and troubleshooting for platform issues.
