We are looking for a customer-obsessed, strategic, self-starter who wants to helpdrive the future of our digital business in Canada.
As one of our go-to-market strategy leads, this role will be responsible for driving improvements in all of the customer facing parts of our business including the product experience, pricing, loyalty, payment options and more.

Role Responsibilities
Identify areas of opportunity withinproduct experience, pricing, loyalty, payment options and KYC for the Canadian digital business
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to execute upon key areas of opportunity
Analyze impact of initiatives, and iterate strategy to ensure that we are maximizing our potential for the market
Preform competitive research to ensure that we are market competitive in all customer facing ways
Build a plan for how to innovate our customer experience long term
Work hand-in-hand with the go to market lead for Canada in defining the strategy for how we will grow the digital business
Step into other cross functional Canada-related topics (e.g., risk, payments, marketing etc.) as needed to support the team
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related field
2-3 years of experience working in digital product, marketing or a business strategy role
Have 1+ years of experience in working withinternational teams
