Senior Product Manager, Fulfillment Note : This role is hybrid - 3 day(s) in office and 2 day(s) remote. The Impact you’ll make As the Sr Product Manager, Fulfillment you will have an enormous opportunity to impact the customer pickup & delivery experience, colleague in-store experience as well as, design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge online grocery (PC Express) fulfillment products and services.

You will drive product strategy and definition and collaborate with engineering to develop and launch features.We are looking for a candidate that is obsessed with delivering the most customer-centric experience on the planet, showing proven success in ownership, bias for action, and thinking big.

The product manager will need to exhibit excellent judgment, prioritizing between existing versus new customers and between features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence.

The right candidate will bring a good mix of experience with fulfillment technologies, product management skill set, and a roll-up-your-sleeves, entrepreneurial approach.

Why is this role important ? We are building Canada’s #1 online grocery service, allowing customers to shop in more ways (think web, apps, voice ) and receive their groceries when, where and how they want (think condos, Go stations, Shoppers locations, delivery ).

What You'll Do ?

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for our Online Grocery - Fulfillment product. You will ensure that the way we handle orders all the way through fulfillment generates a world class experience for our customers
  • Develop a deep understanding of our users, customer journeys, competition, technology, and team and create product roadmap that aligns with internal business strategy / goals
  • Work closely with cross-product, operations and technology - deliver product briefs, train the team on new product features and capabilities, define good confidence release deliverables for any given release and participate in cross-pod activities.
  • Identify areas in our internal workflows and systems that can be optimized or automated in order to provide exceptional customer experience at scale;

develop a strong understanding of processes and technology

  • Design repeatable integrations, POC’s and work with the internal and external engineering team to deliver amazing new capabilities
  • Participate in internal product performance reviews to understand performance gap, develop action plans, and drive the execution of actions

You know the language to bridge the technical and business worlds and have a bias toward data driven decisions, hands-on action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product delivery.

You are curious and willing to move fast towards new fulfillment technology and automations. You will collaborate closely with product, ux / ui, data analytics and engineering partners to ensure that we build lean and scalable features with clear intent and at high velocity
