Who we need

The Wellbeing and Rewards Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing our employee experience by developing and implementing wellbeing programs and reward strategies.

You will be accountable for the effective day to day program management, data analysis, trend identification, and making recommendations that align with our company's values and goals.

What you will do

  • Partner with the Manager, Wellbeing and Rewards in the design and day to day operations of innovative wellbeing programs that promote physical, mental, and financial health.
  • Key programs include annual salary review, incentive plans, market data reviews, job evaluation, wellbeing benefits, disability management, and group RRSP;
  • Assist with reward and recognition programs that drive employee engagement and retention;
  • Analyze data related to wellbeing and rewards programs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights;
  • Collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and engagement;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our programs are competitive and effective;
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of wellbeing and rewards initiatives;
  • Produce clear and engaging communications to promote program awareness and participation;
  • Collaborate with external vendors to source and manage wellbeing and rewards services;
  • Prepare regular reports on program performance and employee participation;
  • Accountable for the data management and outputs of salary, bonus, and benefit changes;
  • Ensure all programs comply with relevant legislation and support our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

What you will bring

The education. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Completion or working towards CCP and / or CEBS designation.

The experience. A minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in wellbeing, compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs, best practices and applicable employment legislation, preferably in an insurance or digital-first company.

The skills. Exceptional ability to analyze data and present insights in a digestible format. Advanced proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet and HRIS systems experience with Dayforce is an asset.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload. Strong problem-solving skills and research skills, and strong attention to detail allowing for thoroughness and accuracy in accomplishing tasks.
