We’re looking for an experienced Claims Manager to lead a high-performing team in their Toronto office. This is a leadership opportunity focused on complex, commercial claims across multiple specialty lines, including Cyber, D&O, and E&O. Responsibilities
- Manage the team of claims examiners and support staff, ensuring smooth claims procedures
- Conduct employee reviews to manage team performance
- Address performance issues within the team
- Support onboarding of new employees and delegate tasks
- Promote business development with brokers and foster interactions within the claims team
- Strengthen international relationships with regional offices and departments such as Underwriting and Actuarial teams
