As a Client Partner at Commit, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with their assigned client base.

This role ensures that Commit's entire range of products and services are presented as applicable to assigned clients and ensures client needs and expectations are met by the company.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1.Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel at assigned client accounts.

2. Coordinate the involvement of delivery personnel, both internal and subcontractors, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and clients’ expectations.

3.Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

4.Proactively lead joint strategic account planning processes with customers to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.

5.Lead solution development efforts that best address client needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

Qualifications :

1. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

2. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

3. 5+ years managing multiple projects in parallel, while paying strict attention to detail and driving results with remote technical delivery teams.

4. 5+ years of end-to-end B2B account management with 5+ clients (inc. sales, contract, reporting, QBRs etc.)

5. Excellent listening and presentation skills.

6. Excellent, service oriented, verbal and written communications skills.

7. CS undergraduate degree or equivalent.

8. Global experience is preferred

9. Experience in a technology and / or services company is a plus

10. Experience with AWS is a plus
