Responsibilities

  • Provide IT Enterprise Architecture team administrative and coordination tasks
  • Governance meetings planning and minutes taking.
  • Admin, setup and clean up EA teams and sharepoint sites, JIRA and LeanIX tools
  • Help Enterprise Architecture team members on creating presentation materials

Qualifications

Must Have Qualifications :

  • Provide IT Enterprise Architecture team administrative and coordination tasks
  • Governance meetings planning and minutes taking.
  • Admin, setup and clean up EA teams and sharepoint sites, JIRA and LeanIX tools
  • Help Enterprise Architecture team members on creating presentation materials :
  • Have experience using Microsoft M365 tools (eg, Outlook, Onenote, Teams, Word) and JIRA
  • Good at listening, planning, coordination and communication
  • Fluency in speaking and written English

Nice to haves

  • Proficient and experience with producing professional presentation materials using MS Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI etc
  • Experience using Microsoft M365 tools (eg, Outlook, Onenote, Teams, Word) and JIRA
  • Proficient and experience with producing professional presentation materials using MS Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI etc
  • Good at listening, planning, coordination and communication
