The Company seeks a Recruiter to join the HR team. In this role, you'll manage the recruitment process, collaborating with clients to devise and execute strategies that efficiently fill open positions with top talent, meeting business needs cost-effectively through sourcing and selection.
Key Responsibilities :
- Innovatively source top talent, design recruitment strategies, and lead organization-wide initiatives.
- Manage job postings, screening, interviews, hiring recommendations, offer letters, and HRIS updates.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to understand recruitment needs and align with business goals.
- Provide expert feedback to candidates and hiring managers to facilitate informed decisions.
- Oversee offer processes, including negotiation, background checks, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Collaborate on innovative talent attraction and retention strategies with HR partners.
- Organize open houses and represent the company at job fairs.
- Contribute to departmental projects as required.
- Perform assigned responsibilities as needed.
Requirements :
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- 2-5 years of HR and Talent Management experience
- Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency in service delivery
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and applicant tracking systems
- Experience in both non-union and unionized environments
- Proficient in MS Office
- Hybrid role, with potential for full-time in-office work based on business needs
