Senior Recruiter – Job Description
Sourcing, assessing & interviewing qualified candidates utilizing various recruiting tools and techniques
Candidate offers negotiations, pre-closing candidates during screening, and selling EVP (employee value proposition)
Timely and complete communication with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining a professional image and demeanor
Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all documentation, transaction processing and system updates as they pertain to recruiting activities
Re-writing / finetuning / polishing job descriptions before posting using high attention to detail to attract talent
Senior Recruiter – Mandatory Skills
Must have Prior Corporate Recruiting experience (in house recruiting vs agency recruiting)
Strong candidate sourcing skills
Strong negotiation skills
Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships
Stong customer service skills
High attention to detail
Proven strong time management, planning and priority management skills
Strong computer skills which include the ability to work well with various computer systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Senior Recruiter - Nice to Have Skills
Technology or telecommunications industry recruiting preferred
