ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the search for an AI senior project manager to join our expanding team. In this role you’ll be responsible for driving key global marketing programs & productions across our roster of global clients, with a focus on leveraging AI technologies.

The ideal candidate thrives on understanding and implementing innovative AI solutions while bringing creative visions to life through close collaboration with producers & our extensive team of makers.

You are experienced in internal process development and enhancement, including developing project roadmaps and managing complex AI-driven tools & technology projects.

You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to obtain requirements and deliver impactful change management.

You will balance multiple projects at once, ensuring that AI components are integrated effectively. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, motivated, resourceful, and collaborative.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to problem-solve in a timely, cost-effective manner, juggle a multitude of tasks, and navigate the daily ebb and flow of an agency while engaging with alignment teams across several offices worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create innovative, meaningful work at the highest craft levels, incorporating AI technologies.
  • Manage a complex portfolio of AI tools and technology projects, both external and internal-facing, across a global organization.
  • Ensure appropriate resources are in place for AI project implementation.
  • Ensure quality control and review deliverables prepared by the team, with a focus on AI outputs.
  • Understand and implement production & content creation workflows that incorporate AI technologies.
  • Develop strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning specific to AI projects.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately on the server.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase revenue, decrease costs, and improve operating efficiency and scalability through AI solutions.
  • Work collaboratively to create new project justifications and prioritize the existing portfolio according to business drivers.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans for complex AI projects with strong change control.
  • Along with QA, lead all testing efforts and drive the remediation of defects encountered in AI implementations.
  • Educate and socialize AI workflows and processes within the team.
  • Create schedules, project & staffing plans tailored to AI initiatives.
  • Facilitate all conversations with producers & SMEs regarding AI project requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 5 - 10 years of agency or post production experience, including experience in photography, film and digital workflows.
  • Understanding of AI production tools & workflows (model training, image2image, image2video, upscaling, outpainting, shoot2train & 3D to AI workflows).

Experience with Runway, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion desirable.

  • Superior project timeline development and management skills.
  • A production guru able to foresee issues before they arise.
  • Seasoned at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A knack for unraveling complex problems and processes in an easy-to-understand manner, especially in AI contexts.
  • A sense of humor, outgoing, articulate, well-informed, intelligent, confident, and possessing common sense.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to apply critical and strategic thinking.
  • Quick to understand new AI technology concepts and their implications.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team leader and team player.
  • Flexibility, initiative, dedication and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel.

What We Offer

Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting.

Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range : $83,702.96 $83,702.96 CAD
