Job description

Our client is a fast-growing non-asset-based 3PL provider expanding into the GTA. They offer freight, warehousing, and fulfillment services, driven by a customer-first approach and a commitment to reliable, data-informed logistics solutions. They’re looking for a driven and experienced Senior Account Executive to lead business development efforts in the Greater Toronto Area. You’ll be responsible for selling a full suite of logistics services — including warehousing, transportation, and value-added solutions — and managing long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities : Identify and close new business opportunities across logistics services Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies in the GTA Manage the accounts you bring in — ensure service delivery, resolve issues, and identify upselling opportunities Meet or exceed monthly revenue and activity targets Collaborate closely with internal operations and support teams Maintain accurate records in Salesforce Travel to client sites as needed What You Bring : 5 years of outside B2B sales experience in logistics or supply chain Strong preference for non-asset-based 3PL experience Proven success in both hunting (new business) and farming (account management) Strong communication and client relationship skills Self-starter with energy, drive, and a growth mindset Experience with Salesforce is an asset Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (car allowance provided) Why Join : Strategic role in a high-growth market Autonomy, ownership, and room to grow Results-driven, people-first culture Competitive salary, commission, and car allowance Only selected candidates will be contacted.
