Daikin Applied is seeking a talented and eager Regional Equipment Sales Manager for our Canada / New England Region. This role directs and coordinates activities, at a regional level, related to the sale of Daikin Applied’s equipment and supplies. Location : Remote, but must live within the Region - Eastern Canada (Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec, Montreal)
What you will do :
- Provide Sales leadership to manufacturers’ sales representatives.
- Provide feedback to Regional General Manager relative to market sales trends and sales representatives’ product needs.
- Coordinate all meetings with sales representatives and other stakeholders critical to the sale of products (engineering firms, contractors, Daikin Applied Service, etc.).
- Provide sales forecast for the region across all products.
- Meet and exceed prescribed sales targets for the assigned region.
- Provide training, as needed, in support of product sales.
- Interact and seek assistance from product sales, national accounts, solutions, and regional operations manager.
- Evaluate proficiency of manufacturers’ reps relative to maintaining product line sales balance.
- Interface with various support groups of Daikin to ensure appropriate support to all sales channels, Daikin Applied Factory Service, and Daikin Applied Parts.
- Communicate with internal support groups relative to market / industry trends in relationship to price, product needs, quality, training / development, and compensation needs.

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $132,100 - $225,600 CAN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for a sales incentive plan.
