Randstad is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work for a well-known Insurance company in the North York area supporting customers in the claims department.

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls from customers regarding claims
  • Answering questions regarding customer claims, payments, and documentation
  • Maintain understanding of company policies, procedures, and government regulations to provide accurate information to customers
  • Perform some administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French is mandatory
  • Call centre experience within the financial industry is a strong asset
  • Excellent empathy and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Ability to handle difficult calls
  • Post-secondary education is nice to have
