This role involves working closely with highlevelstakeholders in a fastpaced environment with a particular focus onmanaging communications around the quarterly earningsprocess.

Salaried : $51 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate : $61 perhour.
12monthcontract.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Weekdayschedule from 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.
Hybrid work : 3 office days from Tuesday toThursday.

Responsibilities :
Support media relations outreach for Quarterly Results cycles andmanage media opportunities for the Chief FinancialOfficer.
Draft news releases keymessages and Q&A materials for external audiences alignedwith corporate and financialpriorities.
Develop strategicmessaging for Corporate Reputation efforts including briefings onemerging issues and executing timelycommunications.
Contribute tocommunications for Annual Reporting and the Annual General Meetingincluding talking points speeches andletters.
Collaborate withstakeholders to protect the company s reputation managing bothproactive and reactive communications tied to keyissues.
Maintain governance ofreputation efforts track key issues and manage shared documentrepositories
Providecommunication support to seniorleadership.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Bachelors degree.
5 years ofcommunications experience.
5years of experience with quarterly earnings in financialservices.
Proven projectmanagement skills.
Experienceproviding communications support to seniorleadership.
Proficiency withMicrosoft Office tools media relations databases and mediamonitoring platforms such as Cision Factiva PublicRelay orLexisNexis.
Experience usingMicrosoft Teams for distribution.
Strong written and verbal communicationskills.
Creative and strategicthinker with good judgment and conceptualabilities.
Ability to influenceat multiple levels across theorganization.
Proven ability toleverage data and analytics to inform communicationsstrategy.
High attention todetail.
Ability to work quicklyand independently in a highenergyenvironment.
Experience inpublicly held companiespreferred.
