Responsibilities
- Overseeing effective and cost-efficient branch operations, warehouse, deliveries, and customer service.
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the sales team.
- Effectively managing the branch team by providing communication, training, coaching, and motivation.
- Ensuring a safe and efficient branch environment at all times.
- Maintaining ongoing liaison with Head Office by tracking and providing appropriate reporting.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education.
- Five-plus years’ experience managing multiple teams (warehouse and customer service) and supporting sales teams.
- Solid knowledge of logistics.
- Customer-focused; coaches others for exceptional customer service orientation.
- Experience with SAP is an asset.
- Proven ability to manage, lead, and provide an environment where employees are self-motivated to meet performance standards.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of automotive battery applications and specifications is a definite asset.
- Ability to identify and implement improvements.

- Provide exceptional customer service to all East Penn Canada customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the sales team to support their efforts.

Experience, Skills & Competencies Required :
