I'm looking for an Accounting Operations Supervisor for my client near the Mont-Royal metro station. This is a permanent contract, in hybrid mode (2 days telecommuting).
Your responsibilities :
- Supervise and organize work and provide ongoing training to the team.
- Perform bank reconciliations for Sphère Média Inc. and Sphère Média Toronto Inc.
- Validate bank reconciliations for other corporate entities.
- Optimize processes under his / her team's responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Perform and verify commodity tax reports (GST-QST).
- Carry out and verify invoice accounting.
- Prepare payment lists.
- Administer government accounts including taxes and DAS.
- Analyze accounts on a quarterly basis.
- Account for distribution revenues in corporate companies.
- Produce reports for corporate entities.
o Provide support, follow-up and training.
o Report to FMC.
Coordination of UDA resale rights.
Profile required
3 to 5 years' experience in accounting at the level of multi-project
multi-project accounting operations
- 3 years' experience in financial team management
- Technical training in accounting or equivalent experience
