Quelle sera votre contribution à léquipe

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de développement des affaires alignée avec les objectifs de lentreprise et la traduire en un plan daction concret ;
  • Identifier de nouveaux marchés clients et opportunités de croissance dans le secteur ferroviaire ;
  • Négocier et conclure des ententes commerciales des contrats et des partenariats stratégiques ;
  • Rechercher des solutions innovantes adaptées aux spécificités du client et / ou du secteur ;
  • Représenter lentreprise lors de salons professionnels de conférences et dévénements de lindustrie ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (ingénierie production ventes RH) pour assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle et le bon déroulement des projets ;
  • Surveiller la concurrence et la technologie pour anticiper les tendances du marché ;
  • Préparer des rapports de performance des prévisions de ventes et des analyses de rentabilité ;
  • Définir la stratégie de développement de Segula et la traduire en une liste de contacts et un plan daction.

What will be your contributions to the team

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy aligned with the companys objectives and translate this into a concrete action plan;
  • Identify new markets customers and growth opportunities in the rail sector;
  • Negotiate and conclude commercial agreements contracts and strategic partnerships;
  • Seek innovative solutions tailored to the specific characteristics of the customer and / or sector;
  • Represent the company at trade shows conferences and industry events;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering production sales HR) to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth running of projects;
  • Monitor the competition and technology to anticipate market trends;
  • Prepare performance reports sales forecasts and profitability analyses;
  • Define Segulas development strategy and translate it into a contact list and action plan.
  • Qualifications :

  • Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires en génie ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 15 ans dexpérience dans un rôle similaire dans le secteur de lingénierie de préférence dans lindustrie ferroviaire
  • Un réseau solide dans lindustrie ferroviaire
  • Bilingue (Français et anglais)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en négociation et en leadership
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et dans un environnement très dynamique et à faire preuve de leadership
  • Faire preuve dun fort esprit déquipe dautonomie et de fiabilité
  • Être disponible pour voyager au besoin
  • University degree in business administration engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role in the engineering sector preferably in the rail industry.
  • Strong network in the rail industry.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a highly dynamic environment and demonstrate leadership.
  • Demonstrate strong team spirit autonomy and reliability.
  • Be available to travel when required.
