Responsibilities :
Deliver superior quality commitments and cultivate a "OneStop Shop" environment for our brokerpartners.
Provide timely andwellinformed service to our broker partners consistentlychallenging the status quo to enhance underwritingservice.
Play a pivotal role ininfluencing the results of the Broker Survey through dedicatedefforts throughout the year.
Demonstrate a high degree of integrity when representingBroker / Aviva and interacting with team members andleadership.
Focus on servicingour existing book of business and ensure adherence to service levelagreements.
Perform data entryfor New Business including creating Salesforce accounts portalsubmissions and documentation within newsubmissions.
Maintain newbusiness trackers with a strong emphasis on dataaccuracy.
Process new businessbinds ensuring proper storage of documentation and effectivecommunication while following up on outstanding riskitems.
Order MVR Auto and Hitsreports as required for thebusiness.
Conduct risk followupswith broker partners and adhere to our abeyance systemframework.
Collaborate closelywith leadership on work distribution triage and building SLAdata.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
3 years of experience in insurance ispreferred.
Ability to workindependently in an office environment with minimalsupervision.
Proficiency in Exceland other Microsoft Office applications isessential.
Organized and strongtime management skills arenecessary.
Strong analyticalabilities and confident decisionmakingskills.
Leadership abilities aredesirable.
Understand thecustomers needs to build trust and strengthen operationalrelationships.
Drive the businessby thinking strategically promoting the brand and making effectivedecisions.
Excellent oral andwritten communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
